George Chatzipirpiridis

George Chatzipirpiridis was born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1984. He received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master's degree in Robotics and Mechatronics from the ETH Zürich in 2012. In his master thesis he focused on electroformed intraocular microrobots for targeted drug delivery. In October 2012 he joined the Multi-Scale Robotics Lab as a PhD student. His research interests include micro-/nanorobotics, biomimetics, and energy harvesting for MEMS and NEMS.
