Andrea Veciana presented her research on the degradation of PFAS using piezoelectric nanoparticles at the MaP Graduate Symposium. She showcased her work with a poster and received both the MaP Best Poster Award and the MaP People's Poster Award. Congratulations!

On 20 June 2024, the 19th edition of the MaP Graduate Symposium & MaP Award Final was held at ETH Zentrum. This annual event showcased the innovative research of doctoral students across various ETH Zurich departments, fostering a vibrant exchange of ideas and collaboration.

The organizing committee selected fourteen students for 10-minute presentations, while another 48 students had the opportunity to pitch their posters in a one-minute format. These pitches provided an overview of the posters displayed downstairs in the main hall.

A highlight of the symposium was the recognition of outstanding contributions through several awards. Andrea Veciana was awarded the MaP Best Poster Award and the MaP People's Poster Award.
